Overview
Overview
The Exumas is a 120-mile-long island chain divided into three major areas- Great Exuma, Little Exuma, and the Exuma Cays. Exuma has bright, turquoise waters perfect for snorkeling, spotting starfish and conch shell diving. Though not native to the water, you may even catch a “domesticated” pig swimming out near your boat on Major’s Spot Cay, where these gentle giants expect to be fed by friendly visitors. The colorful capital, George Town, is also a must-see as a quaint seaport with superb restaurants and shopping.
